Property plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore included in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying different parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the current oversight process.
